Trading chess lessons for Civ 4 lessons

I want to get better at Civ 4. I can beat Emperor about 50 percent of the time but feel stuck doing the same things over and over again and not improving. As a chess master, I can improve most people's chess game so that is the trade off. You have to be very good at Civ 4 though. That would be a fair trade. First come, first serve.
