treasury troubles

iam playing on warlord level and finding that the treasury is never very clear on where my cash is goung and what to do about it.

on cheifstain i never really cared, because it just never came up, but here the badget is hard to ballence.

how do i lower the entertainment rate and stuff. this is impossible!!!!!!!

Have you tried using the Domestic Advisor screen? You can quickly access it by pressing F1. All of what you're looking for is on the top 1/4 of that screen.

done that, i just don't know what to click or how to click it or something, because i cant lower any rates.

In the upper right, there are two "volume bar" type switches. The top one lets you set the research rate anywhere from 0% to 100% in 10% increments. The bottom one sets luxury/entertainment the same way. If the sum of the two is less than 100%, leftovers go to your bank account.

The upper left will display all the detail information you asked about, as far as where your money is coming from and what it's being spent on.
