trial balloon: force religious conversion

I fully admit to having not given this a ton of thought, so feel free to poke holes if it's dumb. What do you think of having forced conversion as a surrender term? Perhaps make it impossible to do to a civ that has founded a religion (or make the bar extremely high) for balance? I'd also like this as a diplomatic demand. Maybe I've just played too much Crusader Kings.

Both forced religious conversion and forced conversion of Ideology would be nice additions. The former may be a lot harder to code than the latter, given how religious pressure works.
