Trouble downloading

I would love to try this mod Im pretty sure Ive played it before and enjoyed it greatly.
Thing is all the links lead to this one download site and when I click on any of the files to download it opens a translucent black window with a swirling loading kinda thing and this just keeps going never opening a window for the download. Are you aware of what I might be doing wrong to be getting this problem or is their perhaps another site I could download from. Thank you

I was able to download everything off this page yesterday except for the Ethnic units addon. It appears to be a dead link.
