Trouble opening .xml files...

So I'm trying to open the xml files to tweak some things but they won't open. An application called omnioutliner opens and attempts to read the xml files, but fails. How do I remedy this situation? Thanks for the help!

Right click/Control Click and Open With... Textedit.
