Trouble With CivIII on Macbook

My friend just got a Macbook, and CivIII but he tells me that it would unexpectedly quit during the game. Now several days later it quits on start up. Is this a known issue?

If it's Civ3 vanilla then it must be updated to version 1.29b2 in order to run in Rosetta on an Intel CPU. If it's Civ3 Complete then I suggest contacting Aspyr.

hey i'm having this issue too,i have civ3 complete running on a macbook pro 17" it played a few times, and quit midgame, now it wont even load all the way
