This show is still on? I remember watching the first season and liking it a lot, liking the second season less but still thought it was okay, then got bored halfway through season 3 and stopped watching. Did the show pick up again after that? Think the last episode I watched was the one when the really old vampire committed suicide by watching a sunrise on the roof.

Well, I do watch it as a SoBadItsGood guilty pleasure and out of morbid curiosity about how silly it can still get.
I've also been hoping fo the past couple of seasons that they finally kill Sookie. She's by far the most irritating character on the show.

I still watch it although I'm not as excited about it as I was in the past. I didn't mind seasons 3 and 4 but season 5 hurt my opinion of it. I'm hoping they simplify things this season (I haven't seen any of season 6 yet).

I'm pretty sure he buried himself in the snow off camera before it was too late, and Pam will find him next season somewhere in Sweden. He'll probably have amnesia -again- from his near true death experience.

While I appreciated the view drool, Eric's last scene more screamed to me that the actor maybe wants out (and the show runners chose to give open ending to maybe convince him anyways). Last season will probably be the last one anyways, no?

That scene also heavily felt like the end of this season and everything after that more like the start of next one.

I liked the season, it was silly as always, but mindless fun is good sometimes as well. So-bad-it's-good fits surprisingly well. And yes, Rutger Hauer was good!

I agree with what mitsho said.

But I think it says on Wikipedia that they ordered a new season already, so it's not the end.

I'm actually sort happy that Eric seems to be out. I liked him in the beginning, but in the last few seasons he's just been sort of annoying.
