Trying to convert a map from Vanilla Civ4

yeah... I'm trying to convert a map its 32x20, but it has silver placed so I can't load it
Can i get some help or advice?

I think its becouse of such resources as oil, coal, uranium and so... They are not in FFH.

"facepalm" how can you set a map to have those dimensions? (32x20)
