When you start a new game it gives you a, war room or somthing, that you can edit the world stats. Water lvl, land mas type, ect. I found a mod once a long time ago which let you have a few more options there, and enhanced previous options.
Example, it changed the water lvl from low/med/high to %'s, so you could specify your new world as being say 25% water. or such.
I have tried looking around, googleing ect, but it appear's im not very good at it. Can anyone help me find this or similar mods for civ4? Id be very thankful.
