I thought wew were on the Palace prebuild for Wall Street?
New Laborer on the way, dunno where to put the lil feller, but make sure it's somewhere productive.

I would like to request that a worker be assigned to the Western tile which borders Kells, The Granary and this are intended to bring this city to larger size.

New Laborer to the Mountain tile with a road through it to the North of the city. (This is the only effective choice, I would like a mine built on this tile, if a free worker comes up. This would be a low priority mission for workers though)

Hakodate can become a cavalry factory. Here is a map with optimisation instructions that will churn out cavalry in under four turns during our golden age. The 'X' represents where the laborers will go when all the work near Hakodate is done.

I plan to make Bizen size 12. remember to irrigate those grasslands. This is high priority.
