Mine and railroad hill 2 tiles northeast of Gunningheim.
Mine & railroad the tundra tiles being worked by Androbius.
Immediate: Dapperdan is garrisoned by a swordsman. As a coastal city, Dapperdan should have an infantry in attendance. Please swap out the swordsman and send him to the Line or to MP duty in an interior city.
Immediate: Rush harbor in Denver.
Turn 4: Starke will grow this turn. Remove the Androbius pop from the irrigated grassland 2 tiles southeast. The new Starke pop will use this tile (1 tile east from Starke). Remove the Jedina pop that is working forest 1 tile south and put it on some tundra. The Androbius pop that vacated the grasslands will use this tile.
If the DP decides to use the proposal in this info poll then the queues for Bavaria, Kuhkaff and Starke should be adjusted to produce hospitals immediately. Full discretion will also be given to the DP for tile usage in the 3 cities and their neighbors as the big 3 are grown. If needed, neighboring cities may have workers priority enqueued to reduce population as the tiles needed by the 3 big cities may force these neighbors to starve.
Miami: continue with Ze Panzers
Houston: Change from University(12) to Courthouse(9). then Panzer.
New York: Courthouse (6), Panzers
Philly: Change from University(2) to Courthouse(1), Panzers.
Request workers to build the railroads as follows; Extra Cavalry or Infantry in New York.:
Thanks to generous participation in this poll, the Science Department has established our short term research queue as follows:
Save our Scientists!
Don't cut our research funding!
Motorized tranportation for World Map, 295gpt, 960g*
I know this is very risky (trading motorized transportation to greece), but I believe we won't have to attack greece to achieve are domination limit and even if we do tank would most likely be outdated.
Also... CT.... Next time... Don't make the first turn chat of the 2nd of the month... We get into office on the 1st and that gives us one day to prepare for the first T/C...
Kyoto (12 - WLTKD - 62Spt):
Queue: Hospital, Cavalry
New Queue: Hospital, Panzer, Panzer...
Garrison: 1 infantry
Laborer instructions/growth analysis: Kyoto finishes hospital in 1 turn. 7 tiles are available for growth. Start new population on irrigated tile, continue till optimal size is reached
Plexemburg (12 - WLTKD - 48 Spt):
Queueanzer, Panzer, Panzer
New Queue: Hospital, Panzer, Panzer...
Garrison: Panzer, Infantry
Laborer instructions/growth analysis: With the hospital finished, Plexemburg can make use of 5 tiles. Put new workers on irrigated tiles till optimal city size is reached.
Kells (12 -WLTKD - 38 Spt):
Queue: Panzer, Panzer, Panzer....
New Queue: [Hospital], Panzer, Panzer...
Garrison: Panzer, Infantry
Have tiles available for growth, but those are mostly mountains, because the city overlaps neighbouring cities. I am not sure on wether to put in hospital. Feel free to skip it.
Leckopolis (9 - WLTKD - 24Spt):
New Queue: Court, [Panzer], Bank, [Panzer]
Special note: If the military leader finds it necessary to swap panzers with infantry or other units - go ahead
Laborer instructions: Have tiles available for growth, but those are mostly mountains, because the city overlaps neighbouring cities. This city will stay at this size unless tile rotation with neigbouring province is possible
Nagoya (12 - WLTKD - 16Spt):
New Queue: Col, Factory
Laborer instructions/growth analysis:
Until given hospital, the city will stay at size 12
Suo (5 - 8Spt):
Queue: Aqueduct, Marketplace
New Queue: Aqueduct, Marketplace, Factory, Courthouse, Bank
Special note: This city requires more improvements built before I will be able to commit it to our war machinery.
Laborer instructions/Growth analysis: Suo will grow to 6 in 1 turn, and will have aqueduct ready in 3 for even more growth.
Out of 6 cities - 5 are celebrating We Love The Queen Day!
Note: If a city at any time finishes the queued item and there are none left in queue - produce military units.
Fanatika is as of 1575 making merely 53gpt. With an emphazis on economic improvements like marketplaces and banks, we might actually do something to crank our income upwards to help finance the war in plan.
Most cities are at size 12 with most improvements already built. We are ready to build both non-military and military units on request. Some cities even have growth potential - perhaps we can fit in a few hospitals as well. (Needs further analysis)
Out of 6 cities in the province, 5 are perfectly able to produce military units at decent rates. We understand that the current trend in Fanatika is to pursue a domination victory, and will build panzers and train infantry on request.
Railroading needed. Worked mountain tiles without mines can use them for increased shield output --> build mines in the mountains
Earmarking: Rail on roaded tiles.
Southwest Province build queue:
Izibia - Artillery, Artillery, Artillery
Nocsfiedera - Artillery, Factory, Artillery
Pensacola - Hospital, Panzer, Panzer
New Falcon's Nest - Factory, Panzer, Panzer
Civanatoria - Hospital, Panzer, Bomber?
Bremershaven - Panzer, Hospital, Panzer
Tlaxcala - Panzer, Panzer, Hospital, Panzer
Cuernavaca Panzer, Panzer, Hospital
Eklektochtitlan Panzer, Panzer, Hospital
As you can see, there is a common theme of hospitals. I tried to organize it so not all of the cities will be building hospitals at once. My aim for this is to produce a more productive province, without stalling the construction of panzers.
At the moment there are no urgent worker actions. For the moment just road the forests, Irrigate any unirrigated squares (and there is at least a few), and finally mine the mountains near Izibia.

Darn. Thought it was 8 GMT -5.
Anyway Niagara Falls and Cattaraugus have cathedrals as their second queue, instead of universities. That's the only change in any of the cities.
Everything stay the same in Rhineland except for Serenity and Octavanium. Those cities will be switched to Panzers.
No Priority lists any longer.
Goonie - your instructions were unfortunately too late...
Preturn - 1575AD
Not much got done, as I was hoping for more instructions, especially on spies and wars. No official word was given. I was able to get a council vote on the French spy, which we have in place now. But, I felt a council vote for war was too great.
We eventually waited 4-6 hours for word from eyrei. An email to shaitan was received several hours after 3:00pm. During the lull, we did have a boat race (in #goldbluffcasino). Stuck_as_a_Mac won. (then Nolodan, followed by CG then me).
Woot! Go me!
/me does dadaist victory dance
*Noldodan grumbles* If Osse had but favored me a little more, you would be on the bottom of the Tiburon sea, Sauranlye!
