Here's my building plan for the term.

Whip the Forge, and then only Whip down to size 4.
Continue Whipping as this site is hammer poor, but not to go under size 2.

Mighty Bulwark - Emphasize food + hammers
DaveMcW - N, NW, Clear Jungle, Farm
fe3333au - Farm the two grasslands of the holy city.
Icy Redoubt - Whip Granary
Port of Mists - Build galley/galleon
gbno1fan - Connect horses
New Worker (PoM) - Connect horses
Memphus - Road rice, then start building cottages
Classical Hero & Friend - Connect both gems, then farm the 2 plains to bring irrigation to Argyle's Watch
Ptolemy - Move 3SE while we go through anarchy and decide his fate.
Because the horses are not hooked up, should we start building a market in The Holy city with the overflow ?
Use the overflow on a worker.
Ptolemy - join the capital as a super specialist.
Capital: Turn On Emphasize Research (to replace engineer with scientist)
Holy City: Cavalry
Immortal Keep: Cavalry
Port of Mists: Cancel galley, build galleon.
Sunset Fortress: Galleon
Scion City: Work Pasture
Overlook Bay: Whip Granary, start Forge.
DaveMcW & Kylearan: W, W, Farm.
New Worker (IK): Build farms.
Immortal Keep: Move citizen from plains hill to grassland farm.
Icy Redbout: Build Lighthouse
twistlok: Help fe3333au farm
Holy City: Build Missionary, whip next turn.
Dune: Build Courthouse.
New Worker (MB): Help the farmers.
Gbno1fan: Build cottages in Port of Mists.
There is a second worker there. Not sure his name. They just finished the Pasture together.
So Gbno1fan will build cottages. What about the other worker?
I guess he can help. It would be easier if he had a name.
I messed up the overflow calculations for the holy city. We can still pop rush the missionary, but we need to apply the overflow to a Bank. After that, hand-build the cavalry and don't pop rush again until it reaches size 9.
Holy City: - Work every farm, even if it means giving up merchants.
Mighty Bulwark: - Work the farm
Sunrise Citadel: Whip Forge, build Lighthouse.
Port Defiance: Build Lighthouse.
Capital: Add a bank to the build queue.
Mighty Bulwark: Work the farm.
Overlook Bay: Start workboat, we will pop rush it the turn before the border expands.
fe3333au & twistloc: Continue the irrigation chain to Scion City.
lost_civantares & General_W: Chop 4 forests to finish the courthouse.
Capital: Micromanage to finish the observatory this turn.
Overlook Bay: Click emphasize food and emphasize commerce. Move citizen to cottage.
fe3333au: Finish the mine before working on the irrigation chain.
Kojimanard: Build farm SW

Sunset Fortress: Add Libarary to the build queue.
Icy Rebout: Whip Lighthouse next turn, add Forge to the build queue.
