I would revolt at the end of this turn. That way everything that would be produced this turn completes.
Alright. I'll play the save tonight. IF we get Republic, I will revolt at the end of the turn.
I am too tired to play the latest turn now. I sent it to Chamnix via e-mail.
Will be back in two weeks, but also will check the forum ocasionally.
Will be back from vacation tomorrow. But I would like to concentrate on my huge histo game for the HoF right now. Maybe Chamnix does not mind to play a couple of turns more!?
Depending on when the turns come in, that may be OK. I will let you know if I won't be able to play them timely.
Suggestions for post-anarchy builds:
Aerie - 1-turn workers
The Hatchery - 6-turn settlers
Birds of Prey - Forbidden Palace
Beizjagd, Shqiperia, Calistoria - aqueducts
Tuscan Talon - harbor, 1-2 dromons (1 if Eagleprise is upgraded, 2 otherwise)
Ignis Graecus - settlers
Aquila - barracks and units
The Great Oak, Ilium, Eagle Eye, Chambo, The Roost, Darkside - settlers/workers or libraries/barracks depending on corruption
Looking good to me.
Thanks for your help, Chamnix!
After those aqueducts we'll want harbor + Dromons in at least one of those cities, we're going to need adequate transport for those settlers since the continet is close to being filled out.
I have done nothing irreversible so far, but this is what I have right now:
Aerie will actually grow in 1 turn as irrigation completes, and it will build the first of its one-turn workers.
Tuscan Talon will lose the sugar hill to Aerie next turn and will complete its harbor in about 6 turns.
The luxury from Kuche will not help us short-term - Aerie will need 10% on the slider regardless.
The Gerichtsgebaude are prebuilds for aqueducts.
Construction will be completed in 1 turn.
Aquila will complete 1 more settler before changing to barracks.
Also, Anarchie is building the Statue of Zeus.
I think that the 40 turns of peace with Kueche that go along with our lux trade are more important, right?
And I prefer seeing Anarchie with the SoZ over Kueche
I agree that we definitely should not break our luxury deal - we already agreed to it, and we will need the luxury soon enough for other towns. My main point in posting that was that it is not urgent to complete our harbor in 4 turns instead of 6 since the trade will help Kuche more than us at first.
The only thing I'm doubting now is that I think we should build settlers in Ilium and Eagle Eye before libraries there to fill out our continent before venturing overseas and to help with our upcoming unit support issues.
Fine with me.
Anyone object to connecting a source of iron?
I am not generally against it. Why do you want to connect?
I don't really care, but the worker connecting to The Roost can either road a hill or road an iron hill. I thought we might as well connect the iron unless we think we might want more warriors.
Well, I do not think, we want more warriors. We will pay enough upkeep for our workers soon. And Kueche seems to have disbanded units already. Go ahead.
No objections from me.
In 6 turns, Birds of Prey will grow to 5. How about adding two workers then. With size 7 it adds to unit support and Forbidden Palace will be completed faster.
