I've posted some of their news articles before, but maybe it's good to have a combined thread for them.
The website https://turnbasedlovers.com does reviews and general articles about turn-based games, so I guess we should once-in-a-while have a look over there ;).

    New article today:

TurnBasedLovers: 10 Intriguing Turn-Based RPGs & Strategy Games

TurnBasedLovers have again published a new article (together with a video) about some of the most interesting games for 2022. The list includes this time mostly RPGs, but there are also 2 games potentially of interest for us CivFanatics:

    • Dominus, which is a turn-based multiplayer empire-management game. Right now it looks heavy on battles, but the battles definitely look better for a video. So we’ll see when it’s released how much inspiration from Civ they took
    • Citizens, a turn-based city builder. It also includes puzzle-elements, a campaign, and a demo is also available, for everyone who is interested.
Read the whole article at TurnBasedLovers here.

The video for May has Old World in it, so already worth a watch.
The 2 most interesting games otherwise on this list are "Magna Graecia", which seems to be a builder like Dorfromantik, but in an ancient Greek setting, and Song of Conquest, which is a strategy game similar to Heroes of Might and Magic.
Others could be interesting too, but are very much non-civ themed.

EDIT: The article itself is here https://turnbasedlovers.com/lists/may-2022-rpgs-strategy-games-releases/
