Director of Infrastructure's Instructions for 1010 AD

Note: Here is the railnet image.

All workers, except the ones listed below should work the railnet after they complete current tasks if they have any (ie; mining a mountain).

Priority: Irrigate the plains 2SE, ESE and ENE of Halls of Mandos so it can grow. Mine the coal hill and hill south of the city too.

6 Slaves NE of Bellopolis: Finish clearing jungle, then road tile and irrigate.

Slave NW of Bellopolis: Finish mining then move 2W and irrigate tropical fruit.

2 Workers and 2 Slaves NW of Peckopolis: Finish clearing marsh then road tile and move NW and irrigate previously mined game tile.

Worker and 6 Slaves NW of Gingerbread City: Finish clearing jungle, then irrigate tile and then work on railnet.

Worker and Slave SE of Gingerbread City: Finish clearing jungle then irrigate and then work on railnet.

Wars: Continue the wars against the Portugese and French. Our objectives are to take all of their cities, except the far flung French colony. Declare war on China and capture both of their remaining 2 cities.
Embassies: If you can fit it into the budget, please build an embassy with the Byzantines.
Long Term Planning: At the moment our point to stop conquest is the city of Gordium. It could change. If Maya, Hittites, or Byzantines ask for a Millitary Alliance against one of the other 2 of that trifecta, you should accept if terms are favorable. Do not accept peace treaties from any nation we are currently at war with or will be next Turnchat (France, Portugal, China). President should use her discretion when it comes to Mutual Protection Pacts, Trade Embargos, and Espionage Missions, if any of these become available. Don't sign any new Rights of Passages.

MM suggestions

  • General: please take good care of Mandos. Check every city at least after it produces something, or when it changes size. Try to MM for as little food and shield waste as possible. The DP may deviate from specific MM instructions where they lead to unnecessary shield or food overflow.
  • Turn 0
    • New London: switch 1 citizen from tile SE to tile E.
    • Warm'ogh: switch 1 citizen from desert to (now available) plains.
    • Skye: switch 1 citizen from floodplain to plains, 1 from desert to plains (for faster settler production).
    • Husborne Crawley: switch 1 citizen from mountain to plains (for faster growth).
    • Tracheon: switch 1 citizen from coast to coal to speed settler.
    • Mr Roboto: switch 1 citizen from desert to saltpeter.
    • Barchester: switch 1 citizen from floodplains to desert.
  • Turn 1
    • Barchester: switch 1 citizen from saltpeter to floodplains (if the library will then still finish this turn, otherwise postpone this and the next change to turn 2).
    • Rivendell: switch 1 citizen from fish to saltpeter until settler finishes, after that focus on growth.
  • Turn 2
    • Tracheon: switch 1 citizen back from coal to coast.

The science rate should be the rate that nets us at least 50gpt.

Offical Fanashire City Instruction for Turnchat 2:

Offical Fanashire Cities:
No_Where: University(6)>Aqueduct
Move worker from SE on ocean to mined tundra (gets University done in 5).
Camelot: Change Calvary to Temple>Cathedral
Move worker from S on Fish to RR wine.
Provolutia: Calvary(3)>Settler>Cathedral

Sebadoh: Bank(7)>Courthouse>Settler

The Black Hole: Calvary(3)>Settler>Temple

Oxford: University(2)>Bank>Cathedral

Blather: Bank(1)>Settler>Courthouse>University

Spichester: Change Calvary to Courthouse>University

Kingdom Hearts: Calvary(2)>Settler>Aqueduct>Marketplace

Striders Haven: Change Temple to Aqueduct>Temple>University
Move worker from W to mountain NW of that move it back after the Aqueduct is completed.

Unoffical Fanashire City List:

Since many of these are built and have HIGH corruption, here the following Guideline for the DP. These cities are North of Striders Haven and go up along the mountain range to the East where we conquered cities into our Empire.

  1. All city should be building Library>Temple>Courthouse in that manner.
  2. Any city above 6 should build a settler or worker in between the improvements(note, we want keep city at 7 for unit support.)
  3. After Courthouse complete and the city size is 7 and less, go for Marketplace.
  4. If we get nationalism, change excess food for size 6 and up into Police Specialist. If we get Replacable Parts, change the above into Civil Engineers.
  5. If we get Communism technology, build Police Station after courthouse.
  6. If city completes the above requirement, build Colosseum, Cathedral, University in that order.

Got any questions, comments, suggestions, and or others? Come to my office!

Military Instructions:

Order attacks to maximize MGL percentages by using elites on damaged enemies when possible. For cities on hills it is preferable to wait for artillery support, especially vs. 4 or higher defensive values. After the armies heal, at least one should go north to help finish off France/Portugal, the other can go South for Beijing if in DP's judgement there are already enough units in the north.

After current operations are concluded, position troops for an upcoming conquest of Persia. If practical a line along the Persian border can be organized to prevent any settler incursions attempting to colonize the gaps created by our conquests.

Turn 0 - 1010AD

Note: If you don't see a file in the zip, try saving it to your harddrive first, then unzipping it.

We have established an embassy with the Byzantines. (100g)

Turn 5 - 1060AD

We got another Great Leader!

Turn 7 - 1080AD WAR!!!

Demanding Wines, the Byzantines have foolishly declared war on us, and started World War II!!! Our culture victory limit is within reach, and the endgame is nearing!

Chatlog as requested. Sorry for about the mess since I am running with NNS (No Name Script) on mIRC.

CG has the bit of the log that I don't. I'll add his to the beginning of mine and upload that.

Chatlog

I've stripped out the NoNameScript codes at the beginning of each line for readability, and changed to my log (fewer codes) with minimal overlap (CT voices me).
