    Mine BG S of Civatonia.
    Road BG S of Civatonia.
    Mine BG SSW of Civatonia.
    Road BG SSW of Civatonia.

    City Tile Micromanagement

On Turn 1, when the Swordsman is completed, move the laborer from the horses to the unmined BG S of Civatonia for 3-turn swords/horses.

If we get a mined BG, for 11-shields per turn, on the 3rd turn of the cycle, move the laborer from the mined BG to the horses for extra commerce, unless the BG is roaded already.

    Presidential Instructions for 150 BC

    Workers
The Southwest worker between Styx and Priapos is assigned to Styx.

Once the stack of 6 workers completes the mine, 2 workers are assigned to Augean Stables, and the remaining 4 are assigned to Olympus under the provision that up to 3 may be merged into Olympus.

    Slider
The slider is to remain at 0% science, and the lowest practical luxury rate. This rate should ensure that 4 of our cities remain in good order without the use of entertainers.

Budget Priorities - ensure these happen first, or that money is available for them
-- Styx's request for Granary rush (approx 168 gold)
-- Investigation of Berlin at the end of the turn chat (approx 26 gold)- DON'T FORGET THIS Please take a screenshot of the investigation
-- All other requests may be performed so long as funds are available for these two items.

Game Stop conditions - please halt the chat should any of the following occur
-- Should only one city riot, and the Governor not issue instructions allowing entertainers
-- Should barbarians threaten unescorted workers
-- Should any nation declare war upon us

It's been decided that we will NOT go to war with Germany this Turnchat, INSTEAD I want you to begin to rally our troops at the points on the map. (The Dots with X's thorugh them have been chaned a square or so in one direction, so do NOT use the rally points with X's through them. The units that are required to rally at the different rally points are indicated on the map. The units that are to be massed are the specific rally points are:

    6 Swordsman
    3 Horseman
    2 Hoplites

(The Horsemen that Civatonia will produce is to rally at the Horsmean rally point, the Horseman near Priapos will become our Spy.)

    Rally Point Plan

Their are exceptions though; If the Barbarian's do NOT attack Heidelburg or make a move in that direction, we must drop the German Assault plan and compltley scrap it.

If that happens we will take this policy instead:

If the two Barbarian Stacks split up,half towards heidelburg, half toward Fanatiko's territory, make a kind of split between the two upper plans. Take maybe 4-5 Swordsman, (depending on the amount of barbarian Units left in our territitory) and send them to the designated rally point. Also bring along a Horse or Two to keep the Barbarian's in check and to pick off the weaker ones. So basically perform a split between the two other plans previously stated, send troops to the rally points but not ALL of them.

FOR INVESTIGATION OF BERLIN:Take it at the very END of the Turnchat, no sooner or else we won't have the same intelligence, and it may not be correct Intelligence.

This turnchat is ALL preperation for the Assault that will most likley take place next Turnchat. Get all the Intelligenc ethat you can on the germans, and prepare our men for the assault NEXT TC.

If anything NOT planned for, like the French or Romans or Persia, or Germans attak us prematurley, STOP the TC.

ALSO, if Priapos produces a Galley, and the Barbarians, DID attack Heidelburg, move it straight into German Territory to tick them off and make them declare war on us.
If the Barbarians did NOT go towards Heidelburg, or split up, 50/50 Send the galley in Explore Mode preferably NEAR German Waters but not into far enough that they declare war on us..

If a piece of Artillery is completed in ANY city move it up with the Swordsman.

I hope these Instructions are presice and clear enough, as well as easy to execute for you.

One last thing:At the End of the TC on the last turn, at the very very end after both us and our enemiy's are done moving could you Screenshot our Military Presence in the German-Fanatikos theatre. This means most of our troops at their rallied points and the best view of the barbarians we have. These Screenshots will be the basis of our Assault next TC so please make them good. Thanks, And screenshot the Embassie Reports as well.
    P.S.-Turn the grid on please.

City of Priapos - 150 BC - Turnchat Instructions

Note: All compass instructions using this compass.

    Build Queue:

(finish) Harbor -> Galley -> Trebuchet -> Cathedral (or Colloseum if Monotheism has not been achieved)

    Possible Worker Actions:

-Road the Mined Hill NW of Priapos
-Mine the Wines ESE of Priapos. (Watch out for Barbarians)
-Fix any terrain that might have been ravaged.

    City Tile Micromanagement:

Turn 0: Place laborers on WNW (fish), 2NW (mined BG), SE (mined BG), 2SE (mined BG), and ESE (wines). This should give us +4 food and +6 shields after corruption.

Turn 3: With the growth at 14/20 and production of the Harbor at 48/60 sheilds, move the laborer from 2SE (mined BG) to NE (roaded forrest). This should put the city at +3 food and +6 shields after corruption.

Turn 5: With the completion of the Harbor and the growth to size 6, keep the same laborer positions as the past two turns and put the sixth laborer on 2SE (mined BG), bringing the city to +4 food and +8 shields after corruption. Start Galley production.

Turn 8: With the growth at 12/20 and production of the Galley at 24/30, switch the laborer from 2SE (mined BG) to W (or any other available coast). This should keep growth at +4 and reduce shields to +6 after corruption.

Turn 9: With the growth at 16/20 and production of the Galley finished, switch the recently moved laborer from the coast back to 2SE (mined BG). This should give the city +4 food and +8 shields after corruption. Start Trebuchet construction.

Turn 10: With the population at 7, put the new laborer on either the NW or N hill. Put on NW if the NW hill has been roaded, otherwise put it on N. This should put us at +3 food and +11 shields after corruption.

Turn 12: The Trebuchet finishes. Move both the laborers on the N or NW (roaded hill) and the laborer on the NE (roaded forest) to two open coastal tiles. This should be giving Priapos +5 food and +7 shields. Start Cathedral or Colloseum construction.

If the turnchat goes beyond 12 turns, continue with this setup, micromanaging in the case of a population growth to eight.

There should be no time with the current slider situation where the city will riot unless the slider is dropped without a lux trade. However, if it does riot, I give the DP full responsibility to micromanage around, making sure to concentrate on Growth and Commerce without wasting shields.

    Notes:

This plan is reliant on the fact that all tiles stay constant. With barbarians right at the edge of Priapos land, it may not be possible to use the correct tile set due to them stomping all over the place. If they do screw up the set, I leave the DP to try and micro as best as possible, trying to concentrate on growth and commerce along with not wasting food or shields.

    Build Queue:

    Switch to Granary->4 workers->Market
Rush granary immediately if approved by the President
If a war breaks out, change remaining queue to horses / swords

    Worker actions and MM:

Mine one of the cows and road the other forest if the President assigns any workers to these tasks. MM as needed, target is +5fpt, +10spt after corruption

Not much to do here, just two things:

First off, set the science queue to:
    1) Monotheism
    2) Feudalism
    3) Chivarly

Basically just swap Monotheism and Feudalism.

The second thing (and alittle more complex) is the Rome trade. Please trade our wines to Rome, for there Incense. HOWEVER, make sure the barbarian uprising near our wines is safely controlled, and that there is no risk of the barbarians pillaging the wines. So do not carry out this instruction on the pre-turn. I leave it with you to decide on a safe time to carry out this trade. I also realize that the trade may change, and that it may not be possible to trade Wines for Incense. If this happens, I also leave it with you to decide if the new trade is worth it or not.

Queue: Marketplace -> Barracks -> Granary
MM: None for the moment. I give the DP the power to MM the province so long as he or she mixes growth and production through out the TC.

IMPORTANT: Please set the City Governor for The Augean Stables to Emphasise Production, but do NOT switch the Governor ON.

The Preferences are also set with Cancel orders for Friendly Combat Units ON, please turn this OFF.

    Build queue

    Change to Worker (1) -> Horseman (6) -> Temple (6 with part rush) -> Market (12)
Please rename the worker built on turn 1 to Worker: Augean Stables

    Worker Actions

    Worker: Augean Stables
turn 1: goto Sugar 2NW of city (1 turn)
turn 2: irrigate Sugar (4 turns)
turn 6: road Sugar (3 turns)
turn 9: goto gold hill (2 turns)
turn 11: mine gold hill (12 turns or 6 with another Worker)
goto grassland forest E of the city and chop
    irrigate

    1st Worker assigned (if any)
goto the gold hill 2SE of the city
    road gold hill (6 turns)
    mine gold hill
goto grassland forest E of the city and chop
    irrigate

    2nd Worker assigned (if any)
goto the Plains W of the city
    irrigate (4 turns)
    road (6 turns)
move S to the plains 2SW of the city
    irrigate (4 turns)
    road (6 turns)

In case of war, the DP may interrupt the Workers and get them to safety if it is necessary to do so.

Do not join Workers to the city this session.

    City Tile Micromanagement

turn 0: move the citizen on the forest to the gold hill for extra commerce.
turn 1-5: the city will drop to size 5, citizens to work 2 mined grassland, the irrigated plains, the sugar and the unimproved grassland to give +2 fpt and 5spt
turn 6-8: the sugar should be irrigated so the city will now be at +3fpt. The citizens should continue to work 2 mined grassland, the irrigated plains, the sugar and the unimproved grassland. Once the second assigned Worker completes irrigating the first plains, the Citizen should be moved from the unimproved grassland to the newly irrigated plains for increased commerce.
turn 9: the city should grow to size 6 again - the new citizen should go on a forest, if not put it there.
when the gold hill is mined, move a citizen from the forest to the gold hill.

In case of unhappiness and in the event that use of the lux slider is not authorised, the DP may use specialists to prevent disorder. In the event that the MM does not work as planned the DP may use their best judgement to emphasis growth without wasting food as the city grows

    Rushes
turn 8: Part rush the Temple by rushing a Sword (or something else worth 30 shields) then switching back to the Temple. There should be 5 shields in stored, rushing 25 shields to 30 shields for a cost of 100 gold, switching back to the Temple will then give 5 turns at 6spt to complete it.

Just a question of reference. Do the Judiciary hold immunity to a designated player overriding elected official instructions, and is this a preferred practice?
This was merely a generic question.

-Seeing as the German War measure has passed neither the Senate or the Assembly, do not declare war on Germany.
-Do not sign any Millitary Alliances or Rights of Passages this turnchat.

    Foreign Civ Problems
    - If Persia or Rome demands money or a tech from us, give it to them
    - If France or Germany demands money or a tech from us, don't give it to them
    - Give in to German demands if France has already declared war, or vice versa (we shouldn't be at war with both of them by chat's end!)
    - If German, French, or Roman troops enter our territory, ask them to leave
    - If Persian troops enter our territory, wait a turn or 2. If they don't leave yet, then ask them to get out
    - If Roman trade deal goes through then give in to all Roman demands after the deal goes through

    Intelligence and Diplomacy
    - If the budget allows, please construct and embassy with the Persians
    - If the budget allows, please to a diplomatic investigation of the city of Berlin
