We have a second coal on 11NW, SE of Sid City. That tile is currently being roaded by W005; it will finish in 7 turns (Turn 159).

We rail from Kazgungudom to Freedom Central to Tower of Babel. Next turn the rails will run to TaTuba. We have 50 workers on the mainland that can rail. We used 48 this turn and railed 6 tiles: one hill, one forest and four grassland.

The Council has a source of Saltpeter under the city of The Shallows (between our Perelandra and Vista-Free in the north).
The Council has a source of Coal between The Admirality (Thombriel) and The Way (Azurra Coast).

I do not see another source of Coal anywhere on the visible map.
