General Notes and Plans
We learn Nationalism from The Council, which upgrades our Musket builds to Rilfes (and explains why the vMusket expected in Tower of Babel this turn did not appear).
Rails to TaTuba is the first worker task to complete. Done. Railing to TaTuba connects Freehand, also. We then rail from Freedom Central to Thessauronicleus. We connect Kremlin.
Have 2 workers 'extra', so to speak (W067 and W019). The others are in stacks of 6 to rail. The task of those stacks is to connect our cities, 8 tiles per turn. Until that is done, I'll use these two to rail around cities.
