We had the turn with maybe the biggest event log we had till now:

Our brave axe Moss is the first victim we have in the Second Spanish War. He died at good 75% odds attacking a chariot in the woods.

We captured 1 and razed one city )to bad the size 1 did not kept alive, it was on good location and hopefully we will rebuild it). We captured 2 more workers too. Our avantgarde is more east than Nobamba.

I see we researched Aesthetics last turn (in 1 turn :)) What is our research path now? I don't think we've really discussed that recently.

Also interesting to see RB switching to Bureau and Rep. I guess they are done building their army for this war. Do we know what they were in before?

Edit: duh, don't know how I misread that.

It is Literature which we pursue here to fit in the tight schedule for National Epic in Astan using Marble before we gift it to RB. NE will give us hopefully 1-2-3 more GPs which we will need soon.

It is us who switched to Representation and Bureaucracy, not RB. We are done with drafting and we want grocer in capitol quicker, thus the Bureau. And Rep is for happiness and some specialists.

For some reason the SoE only is up to turn 150 when currently on turn 153, with 152 being the last turn we have shots of.

Also when someone gets time in game, to remove unneeded signs, since they are starting to clog the map a bit.

It's been a LOT more difficult to post pictures and update the SoE thread since the TFW app went down a few weeks ago. Add to that the fact that my main computer is in storage and I'm working on a cheap laptop with a slow internet connection that sometimes chooses to load simple things like pictures but more often decides to just freeze entirely. So, I have gotten behind in updating the SoE. :(

But good news! We are completely updated as of right now. Please check out the SoE thread as it goes over exactly what has been going on in the war turn-by-turn and also contains domestic updates. :)

Turn 153 just started but since we're at war we can't log on until after the Spaniards and CivFr have ended turn. This is going to be a big one! As bistrita and 2metra have noted, we should be taking out the Spanish capital and two other cities during our half of the turn. This is assuming that they can't get any WE's in place to seriously dampen our plans. Ulundi had a 1-pop whip last turn. I am hoping this was not a WE. If so, they may delay our capture by one turn. If not, then all three cities should fall this turn, leaving them only with the Barb city they captured towards the end of our last war. Nobamba performed a 2-pop whip, which is very likely a WE, but I think we have enough Knights in position to take the city anyway. Chinook must have been responsible for the 3-pop whip, so I would guess there is a poor WE somewhere to our northeast, finding out exactly what the Spaniards do to their animals :p

yeah I realised that we are currently on to turn 153, so we don't have pictures just yet. just good to know. I know what it is like not having your PC, since I am using my laptop, but thankfully it is a rather high end one so it works quite well. It certainly is a lot of work, but it is great to be able to see what is going on, since for some reason the mod doesn't work for me.

Hopefully we can do the damage before they can get too many WE's out and about. That would be be a real pain to our plans.

This is a chat I had with Caledorn last night. Since he's been mostly away, I was catching him up on what's been going on here, from my perspective. I wanted to post it here since it gets all my thoughts in one place.

iirc, it's on the Spaniards, and we'll lose it all when we eliminate them next turn. Good point bringing this up! let's switch to a team that will actually matter.

Just curious, did we get our pause? I think most of the turn was played, but did we miss out on any moves we were planning to make? The turn rolled over earlier today.

:) we needed the pause because it was reload from an autosave and not from a manually made save. So we were lost all changes we did in our last login session.

And it is easily to know, as Cal stated that explicit: "Reloaded to the last AUTOSAVE". kjnoren should had knew, but I am not surprised from his arrogant reaction, given how he was offended when I said my assumption he is the one who makes troubles for other players to login.

How do you get all the info of the troops up? Every time I try and take a screenshot with them in it, they always disappear.

If you hover the mouse over the unit or stack when you press "print screen", then the info about the stack should be in the bottom left corner. I made the composite shot in the latest SoE thread using Paint. 2metra had taken lots of individual shots highlighting the different stacks, so I just copied and pasted it all into one screenshot.

WhenI highlight the stack it shows in game, but whenever I do printscreen it always disappears.
