Since all our mainland cities except Perelandra are connected by rail, began to rail our core area, beginning at Freedom Central. Perelandra has workers railing a hill to get it connected. My plan is to rail everything that Freedom Central can work, all 21 tiles. Some of these have already been railed. Once all these are railed, or have workers assigned to rail the tiles, I'll move on to our second city, Thessauronicleus, and do the same thing. And then each city in order.
