We'll need to move the Transports in Debt-Free into Unshackled, but that is not a problem.
Unschackled to Claymore is 12 tiles, but there might be a way to make it only 11 tiles.
We could also split the Transports into three groups, with Claymore in the middle. They would end up all being within striking distance of Claymore, but they would also threaten other cities as well. Now, protecting them is an issue, since our ships are not gathered around NW Free.
Do we think we could draw off enough forces to allow The Council to invade Saber's back side? Or do we want to coordinate this invasion with The Council?
All of this is open for discussion, by the way. I'll just brainstorming.
