IDK :confused: uh.... IDK. I suck at civ 3 so I think I'll leave it to you.
Well, I'm not just looking for Civ III specific advice or input, you know. And you don't have to be a whiz at Civ III to have opinions and offer feedback.
 
Nukes, SS parts, IDK. I think space might be a good idea, and our only one. Save the ICBMs for their transports.
 
I also like Empiremaker's minor-invasion-of-old-BABE idea. OTOH, it might spark a major invasion from SABER - and that would *really* hurt.

Can we rush any SS parts by disbanding military units in the city building the SS part?

In any event, I'd continue with the SS building -- in one city, working on the biggest-shield-cost part. Once that completes, it'll be a cinch to get the others built.

We should also continue nuking SABER's core - only target their transports if you can get a big stack of 'em (unlikely) or if they're in range to invade our mainland (more likely). OTOH, retaking control of the seas would improve our position considerably - we'd have less to worry about in terms of invasion.

We might want to resettle our southern coast, too. Is there a rule against joining multiple settlers to a city in the same turn?
