Two Mods?

I was wondering if these two mods have been made...

1) A Mod that keeps the cuture of a city you take over.

2) A Mod that means you learn the unique buildings of Civs you destroy.

That would make the game too easy :crazyeye:

Everone knows that if you learn the special buildings and units of the civs you destory, it would be a cake walk.....expect on diety.
 
History In the Making has an option for 'Assimilation'. This is where the city that you take over can produce the Unique building and Unique unit of its former owners. But only that city, your whole civilization doesn't suddenly get it.

Great mod if you are interested though, my personal favorite.

#1 is the unique power of the Ottomans in RFC. That is, in fact, one of the best unique powers in RFC.

In regular Civ, those two would really make the game easier. Favor the warmonger even more.
 
Yeah I see how it would make it even easier but I just play it with friends in hot seat mode. More about fun than challenge.

Would anyone be able to make these two ideas into a stand alone mod?
