[C3C] Two problems with GOG version

I've the GOG version of C3C but two -minors- problems anoyed me:
1) The game crash in the victory screen.
2) If i click while the AI is moving the game crash.
I can solve this two problems running the game with Windows 8 (or below) compatibilty mode but run very laggy.

LucioRP, in my GOG version of Civ 3 Complete, played with Win 10, 64 bit, these problems are not occuring in normal games. May be this could be different, if you click in the movement phase of so complex scenarios as it is AOI, as here the pc is very busy.
