Still on my old save with the old dll, but Carthage changed civics and became a Prov Gov, then the Turks (Ottoman Empire) resurrected as the Turkish Republic. Eventually everyone will be reassessed. I'm in the Techno Capital Golden Age, so I'll be one of the first...

Civics still need to be updated right? Is it worth putting in the mod the way it is? Maybe I'll add it but leave it commented out in the Config folder. Then maybe DH may want to update it.

It's still all python unfortunately. I've done the minimum to get it functioning.
