Two savegame folders?

I looked in my Savegames folder and I noticed there were two Civilization IV folders:



The one that says IV is mostly empty, though and the 4 holds most of my stuff. I never noticed it as I usually play BtS.

Could this have happened because I recently got the Complete edition?
