TXT_KEY Displaying instead of text

I installed BTS and now throughout the interface I am seeing strings that begin TXT_KEY isntead of the normal options in the game.

In the main options menu, for example, I see the "Other" tab as "TXT_KEY_OPTIONS_SCREEN_OTHER" and in the first tab of options the "Automated Workers Leave Forests" displayes as "TXT_KEY_PLAYEROPTION_LEAVE_FORESTS"

I haven't seen anyone else reporting this with BTS, so I'm a bit lost.

I figured it out myself after no-one seemed to have the answer; make sure Civ is patched to 1.74!
