Okie Dokie, so i've been installing and reinstalling BTS and patches all flippin morning and I cant get rid of these TXT_KEY errors and my civics interface doesn't work.
I have UAC disabled.
I have civ 4, warlords and bts installed. I manually installed every patch and still same problem.
I de-installed BTS and reinstalled, right clicked on install icon and installed as Admin. Had same problem with original BTS install, installed each patch same way. Opened game after each patch, same problem on every patch install.
I am running Vista 32 fully upgraded, Nvidia Geforce GT 240 fully upgraded, DirectX with latest version, Cpu E6600, upgraded Bios.
Everything in my computer is fully updated, i run everything as an Admin and it still isn't working correctly. About to lose my mind!!!! Any suggestions?
