I'll have a go at predicting. Here's mine:

    A: Chelsea, Roma
    B: Inter, Werder Bremen
    C: Barcelona, Shakhtar
    D: Liverpool, Marseille
    E: Manchester, Villarreal
    F: Lyon, Fiorentina
    G: Arsenal, Kiev
    H: Zenit, Real

And for the games this week, let's try these:

    Barcelona 2 v 1 Sporting
    Basel 0 v 2 Shakhtar Donetsk
    Chelsea 2 v 0 Bordeaux
    Marseille 0 v 1 Liverpool
    Panathinaikos 0 v 0 Inter Milan
    PSV 2 v 1 Atletico Madrid
    Roma 0 v 0 CFR Cluj-Napoca
    Werder Bremen 2 v 0 Anorthosis Famagusta

    Celtic 1 v 0 AaB
    Dynamo Kiev 1 v 2 Arsenal
    FC Porto 3 v 2 Fenerbahce
    Juventus 1 v 0 Zenit St Petersburg
    Lyon 1 v 0 Fiorentina
    Man Utd 1 v 0 Villarreal
    Real Madrid 4 v 0 BATE
    Steaua Bucuresti 1 v 1 Bayern Munich

Usually get most wrong, but we'll see how it goes.

Chelsea looked very good this morning.

Effectively a training drill for 4-0.

 a clear loss for Basel (don't be fooled by the result the 1-2 was scored in the 93rd minute...)

strange thing is, in the first half Shaktar had exactly 2 chances...which they used...in the second half they had a few more (and better ones than those in the first) and missed them :ack:

and Basel utterly missed its chances :(

Liverpool can count themselves lucky to come away with that victory. Marseille had some very good chances late on to score. But.....the three away points are most welcome.

Liverpool 3-1 against PSV and importantly, Keanes first goal plus Kuyt, who can't seem to score in any other competition and Gerrards 100th goal for liverpool, not a bad night at all! :)
