Louis is the ugliest all right, the introduction gesture he does just looks strange, I think its a traditional gesture of his time period (which is 1700's I think?, maybe earlier), but it just adds to his uglyness.

as for Victoria, she's an older woman, in her 50s or something, not exactly in her prime, but not ugly in that she still has the air of royalty. Elizabeth may look strange, but thats what alot of royalty wore in the 1500's and alot of pictures of her are sorta like that.

1) Louis. Do I have to explain?
2) Pacal. Looks about 15 years old, but has a bone through multiple body parts, rather unattractive tattoos, and tries to rip his own head off when upset.
3) Surayvaman. Looks like a normal Asian (no insult whatsoever intended) who's been stretched out on a gum-stretching machine straight out of Roald Dahl, haphazardly crumpled, smoothed out, and then injected with all types of disfiguring skin diseases for medical tests. (I sometimes have a quite graphic imagination)
4) Montezuma. He needs a Botox injection. And he constantly has a look as if he has a foul smelling item under his nose.

Louis! But in a comical sort of way. I think he looks almost like goldfish at certain angles. Mao is also ugly. His hair is bad enough without that wart (which is about as unobvious as the Las Vegas strip at night).

Err, would that be the Kublai Khan in regular Civ or in BTS? They switched his portrait with Qin Shi Huang, you know... I think that was a mistake... they do NOT resemble their assigned nationalities now.

Why do people find Hatshepsut ugly? I mean, ok, her eyes are about 150% of scale, and her mouth can rival Julia Robert's, but other than that, she's OK looking. With Louis, Sury (and Sitting Bull, by the way), I agree to their tribute demands just so I can stop looking at their faces as fast as possible.
