It's Joan Collins not Jackie Collins. She's put on weight ;)

She likes Dave Cameron now after supporting UKIP last election

You Brits aren't that smelly. Your teeth are only yellow because of your addiction to tea. :)

Well if we put aside my lousy jokes, I don't particularly like the French presidential system, and I don't believe France is special in any way. We have islamophobic fascists in power currently (well that makes us "special" in a way I guess... but Belgians have the same so...).

Let's not bash the French or the English/Brits please.

EDIT: Why didn't the Tories vote Kenneth Clarke as leader? They would have won for sure then. Too many Eurosceptics I guess.

The BBC predictions are now saying that the Tories will be 21 seats short of a majority instead of 19.

I'm not up on UK politics. How much is it really likely to change things?

New election in less than 12 months probably if there is a minority government. I can see a LibDem/Lab pact working unless a referendum on voting reform doesn't work.

Why do they keep making Emily Maitliss press stupid buttons on her chart like an enormous iPhone? At least you get to see her bend over with her knee length skirt. She should have a Frank (Zapper) instead.

EDIT: They're saying the Greens are going to win a seat? Wow.

I have a friend in London who is a German (and not a British) citizen...who got to vote. :hmm: Do you not need to be a British citizen?

He would have voted in the local (council) elections but not in the national (parliamentary) elections.

He said, he was also able to cast a vote for the general election. And he would know of at least two other guys who managed to do that. :hmm:

Not much happening apart from a few NI seats in, Sinn Fein hold one and DUP hold another (Ian Paisley's son).

Waiting for the first marginal. Opened my dry roasted peanuts now.

    On the 5th beer.

I'm starving and the shops are shut. Had a banana but that didn't do it for me... Should've thought about this beforehand.

    Non sectarian.

A lot of scandal about Robinson and property deals.
Surprising Ian junior made it in as there was some scandal attached to him to.
