No, Aleksey. You are corrrect, that such an ideology which does neutralize the capability of having definitive true/false in most spheres, indeed exists. But this ideology is not liberalism and it is not democracy. This ideology is New Left - especially European one. Or, perhaps, just radical groups within it.
These radical groups within the New Left have not only advocated the relativization of truth and false, but also the relativization of evil and good - of morality in general (in fact, they would try to entirely remove such term like "morality" and replace it entirely by something like "fairness", if they could).
A student of one of US universities, when asked for moral assessment of the Holocaust, responded like this: "Of course I do hate the Nazis, but who is authorized to say, that what they did was morally evil?"
