UN question

I've crusied the boards and checked the README file so I hope i haven't missed the asnwer to this, but...

Once I've clicked 'no' to a UN vote, how can I choose to hold a vote again? I've not been able to find an answer to this...some help, fellow civvers?

you will be asked again after a set number of turns. I think 20 but not sure...
