As the title says I cannot find the last civ in my game, I have uncovered the whole map. I have even liberated all captured civilizations, but it still says I have only converted 15/16 civs for my religious victory. I also restarted the match to check how many civs there were, to begin with, and there were only 15 so in theory, I have converted all of them. Could this have happened because I reinstalled civ 6 as it broke but kept the old save file? I was really hoping to get the religious victory, especially on immortal difficulty.
