I tried to download the chat client, and I received this error message:

We're sorry. Automatic installation of Microsoft Virtual Machine is no longer provided for Microsoft Windows XP.

My operating system is Windows XP Professional v 5.1

I was able to successfully download the client with Windows XP Home before I upgraded. If anyone can help I'd really appreciate it.

The problem is microsoft thought they would be slick and get rid of java. Plus, the microsoft.com website wont install virtual machine on XP. The solution, either download netscape or, get the java plugin from sun microsystems (that was my solution F nutscrape).

    Anyways...enjoy.

Didn't Microsoft recently agree to continue to support the latest Java in Windows?

Thank you for your assistance. I have successfully installed the Java runtime Environment, and was able to load the chat client successfully.

    Regards.
