Undersea Cities Mod?

Just a simple question, really. Does anyone know of a mod out there that adds undersea colonies/cities like back in Civ: Call to Power? I loved those things.

Oh fine, so much for my hopes and dreams. :/ I guess I'll have to play Alpha Centauri then.
