Playing as the Incan, one of my cities has a huge amount of faith in "Pantheon" and lost my state religion. I am unsure exactly when this happened and I have many religious units I do not think anyone hit the city opponents actions. The accumulated pressure is also way higher than all of my other cities. The only plausible way I can imagine this happened was with a -75% removal but how did this city accumulate so much more faith than all of the others?

Here is my capital, which is adject to this city but has ~20000 accumulated faith differences. They are both about the same size and founded at the same time.
