Unique City-States (@adan_eslavo expansion)

For lua.log you must start the game. For database.log you must enable mods. Also you must enable logging. Google will help you. Your logs are empty.
And your modlist is gigantic, so I encourage you to load only VP and UCS and see if that helps. If so, then enable mods one by one.
  1. Start Civ
  2. Select mods
  3. Start a game
  4. Play the first turn
  5. Exit Civ
I did this sequence. I also noticed that my mod list seam to crash game if i play on any map other than Communitu, though i only tried Europe for VP once. Here are the logs

Do i have to exit game after every mod used and clear cache, or i can pick 100% workable combination and add up mod by mod until i find gamebreaking mod/s by going in to the main menu after each game start?

jfd's papal states and tomatekh's benin are two of the mods that are incompatible going by your logfiles.
Whatever mod that adds the voodoo religion is incompatible as well.

Doesnt work even with this set up. Maybe it because of Commnitu map, idk, iam tired of trying to make it work.

What about other maps? What version of VP do you have? Reinstall VP.
 
No, nothing changed with new map and Autoinstaller 4.6 version of VP
Disable More Unique Components. Rest of mods is ok on my side.
 
Maybe wrong EUI installation?
 
Did you try clean VP?
 
Disable all other mods and leave only first 2 parts. Clean (delete) cache folder and start.

Because there was no crash, just some visual bug that reveals City states before you find them and bugged State's Ui
