UNIQUE constraint failed on AiListTypes

I don't understand how this happens. AiListTypes only has one column and it's just the name for the AI preference lists that get defined in other tables. Why would this be happening?

EDIT: Turns out it was a duplicate entry. Hard to spot since I had tons of them. Leaving this in case anyone else has the same issue.
