Unit Maintenance

Heya,

I am wondering what unit Maintenance will cost in Civ5. I could not find any information about it on our ressource pages or in the manual.

Does anyone know if we will have a limit of Maintenance free units like in Civ IV?
Will Settlers/Workers count towards this Maintenance?
Will Scounts do?
Will each unit cost 1 or will the amount of cost increase at a higher amount?

All the manual says is that it's dependent on the difficulty level.

Go to home of our CFF forum and you'll see : Civ 5- Download the manual! title. Open one of those 5 manuals(on 5 languages) and enjoy. If it won't work( it wasn't working around noon) then open it with right click and choose Save link as AND ENJOY in 200 pages of civ 5

As I wrote "All the manual says is that it's dependent on the difficulty level." the worst you should have assumed is that I didn't find where it is written.

The manual says:

Unit and Building Maintenance
Units and buildings both have “maintenance costs” that must be paid every turn. See the
individual entries on the units and buildings for specific amounts. (Note that these maintenance
costs are dependent upon the difficulty level at which you’re playing.)

For Buildings you find a detailed list of course.

For units however I can't find anything.

Yeah the manual doesn't really say anything about it, only that the costs change with difficulty level.
