[GS] Unit Models are not Showing Up

Hello everyone, my models are not showing up. Other than that everything works great. Running on a great PC. Tried restarting and different settings. I don't remember, but I think Vanilla used to show the models. Please help.

I am having the same issue, however in my case, the model is rather invisible (you can still see them but they are not clear shown)

did you load any mods? Or maybe loaded mods before which corrupted your game files?
