Im playing as Brazil, and I had purchased several GP, but when I purchased my third great scientist (or my sixth GP), right after I had activated his effect but I couldn´t push the Unit Needs Order button anymore.
After that, I reloaded the game, skipped Galileu and some turns later purchased Newton, but the problem persists and because of this I can´t advance ingame.
