Unit request: Metrocop

Right, I've just decided that I need some sort of futuristic police unit in my mod (for the later Big Brother style goverments), and the Combine Metrocop from HL2 came to mind.
So, any of you skilled unit-crafters feel like trying your hand on this? It would be really, really appreciated
