Unit Request: Stinger Missile Launcher

I have a good idea! What if I could create a Stinger Missile unit! It would be available to terrorists and would be cheap. It would basically be a terrorist guy with a stinger launcher. He would have little attack and defense, but should have an air defence of 1. You could mass produce these units and be a formidable foe without the use of expensive mobile sam. The only problem is that I don't have the resources anymore to make such a unit, so I am asking someone to make it for me. PLEASE make it, it will be awesome!

Wasn't the Stinger originally an American invention? We just let the Mujahadeen use it in the Soviet/Afghan war, and they stole a bunch. Because it is the best shoulder fired missile, terrorists are always trying to steal them though. Also, it should have a higher anti-air defense, as it is quite powerful in real life. Great idea. You could use a modified bazooka unit.

I think "stinger" became a general term for any shoulder-launched SAM (like "hoover" for vacuum-cleaner). Actually many terrorists and guerillas use Soviet-made counterparts, such as Strela and Igla.
