Unit supply modifiers

Does anybody know where I can find the values for the Unit Supply? I have looked in GlobalDefines.xml, but nothing there seems to relate to it. Is it by any chance hardcoded stuff?

ProductionFreeUnits
ProductionFreeUnitsPerCity
ProductionFreeUnitsPopulationPercent (50 means 0.5 supply per population)

(The names are strange, but it's the unit supply indeed.)

Also AIUnitSupplyPercent (same table) probably gives more supply to the AI.
