Did anyone notice "COST_PROGRESSION_GAME_PROGRESS" and "COST_PROGRESSION_NUM_UNDER_AVG_PLUS_TECH" don't work when it's put in Units? Is there some workaround for this?
using COST_PROGRESSION_PREVIOUS_COPIES is incredibly dumb since a unit could be captured or killed before doing anything.
EDIT: nvm they do work. Just need to wait a turn...
