Okay each goverment has a number of units that it can support, how for instance Rebulic can support
2 units per town
4 per city
4 per monopolis
now does this mean i can support thouse units without cost ??? and once you go over that number then you get hit wirh the cost of units ?? if so why is it when ever i switch over to rebulic i get hit SOooooo hard in the money department, even tho i keep my units under the support lvl. I know rebulic costs double for units but shouldn't the cities support the units making it so it shouldn't cost you money unless you are support to many ??
