Unlimited frostlings

Every turn i get to use the Summon frostling spell with my priests of winter. I already got like 25 frostlings is this a bug. I figure its supposed to be like the priest of leaves tiger but is bugged so i can have unlimited

The problem is that they are permanent when on Tundra/Taiga. Not a bug, but a holdover from when there were only three priests of winter. It will be changed.
