[GS] Unlock GDR achievement and Kupe Pa bugs 1.0.0.290 (405094)

Ok this first one not sure if its a bug or not but i think it is the surprise attack achievement unlocks with GDR using the super jump if you do it to land in the enemies borders the achievement doesn't say you can do that but it makes since. Two I was playing Kupe and I could cut down forests which might not be a bug but I figured I should add that just incase but what definitely was bugged was his unique unit wouldn't construct the Pa.When I used it to clear land the options to make the Pa and clear land went away never to come back.
