This half of africa's earning is probably from Dictator that ruined their citizen, who starved them, to bring all this money for them. Don't tell me they are all corrupted. There are people of good will everywhere, even if you don't seem to believe it. Democratic government in africa surely has some of these peoples.

Could you name all the african leaders that are corrupted, name them, give me a source that tends to prove it, and I'll show you some who are not.

And at least, some part of the U.N. tries to help these people that suffers because of the ambition of crazy persons. There, U.N. has its place.
